Downtown Officers Prevent a Potential Stabbing

Two MPD Officers working in downtown early Tuesday morning were able to prevent a dangerous situation from potentially becoming deadly. Officers witnessed a male threatening another man with a knife. In the last two days MPD officers assigned to the 2nd Precinct Community Response Team (CRT) executed two search warrants which led to both arrests and seizures of cash, drugs and SUVs.
